What happens after payment?
Payment is confirmed with Stripe first. Once it is confirmed, your guided setup starts: knowledge review, testing, and go-live approval. A browser redirect alone does not activate anything.
What is included now?
Website chat, structured request form, knowledge-base answers, lead capture, handoff rules, operator inbox, and email intake are available now on every plan. Booking and Customer Memory are included in Pro at no extra charge (paid add-ons on Starter). Voice AI comes bundled into the all-in Phone Receptionist plans, or as a standalone add-on on any plan.

Which currency does checkout use?

Which language is customer-facing product copy and setup for?
Customer-facing chat and voice automatically support English and Spanish. The app setup dashboard and admin interface are English-only.
What setup data should I prepare?
Prepare your business profile, services and prices, FAQs, policies, opening/contact info, handoff rules, brand details, and source materials such as website copy, menus, PDFs, or internal notes.
Why is setup review required before go-live?
The AI should only answer from reviewed customer source material. Setup review prevents vague, outdated, or conflicting facts from becoming live customer-facing behavior.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both Starter and Pro start with a 14-day free trial — no card required. Add a card only if you decide to keep the plan; without one the trial simply ends and nothing is charged. The plan+Voice phone bundle checkout does ask for a card upfront (it provisions a real phone number), but you can cancel during the trial and pay nothing.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not a fit, contact us within 30 days of your first charge and our team will refund it through Stripe.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Chat-only plans (Starter and Pro) can be billed yearly at 15% off — pick the yearly button on the plan card. The plan+Voice phone bundles are billed monthly, because the included talk-minutes pool resets each billing month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contract is required. Authenticated paid workspaces can manage payment method, invoices, and cancellation in Stripe Billing Portal if those options are enabled in Stripe settings. Setup support remains the fallback path.
