MintWire is the platform. AI Receptionist is the inbound product for phone calls, website chat, forms, email intake, and booking. Prospecting Autopilot is a separate outbound product; its product details live on mintwire.tech.
What is MintWire AI Receptionist?
It is a phone-first receptionist for service businesses. The base setup handles website chat, structured request forms, and email review; the paid Voice AI add-on answers phone calls in English or Spanish, captures leads, and can book appointments from approved business knowledge.
What happens after payment?
Checkout submission is not the same as go-live. Stripe confirms the payment first. After confirmed payment, setup is prepared and the business still needs source review, profile setup, testing, and go-live approval.
What is included now?
Website chat, structured request forms, knowledge-base answers, lead capture, handoff rules, the operator inbox, and email intake are available now. Voice AI, Booking, and Customer Memory are available paid add-ons with setup constraints described on pricing.
Who is responsible for customer data stored by Customer Memory?
With the Customer Memory add-on, your business stores details your customers state (preferences, contact details, promises). Operators can correct or delete any remembered fact, and only details a customer actually stated are reused. Your business is responsible for informing your customers and keeping a lawful basis under GDPR.
Which channels are planned but not connected?
WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram DM are planned customer channels and are not connected. Telegram operator notifications inside the app are separate from a customer-facing Telegram channel.
Is Voice AI available?
Yes. Voice AI phone receptionist is available now as a paid AI Receptionist add-on. It automatically answers in English or Spanish; the setup dashboard itself is English-only.
Which currency does billing use?
Billing and Stripe checkout are USD-only.
Which language is the product currently set up for?
Customer-facing chat and voice automatically support English and Spanish. The app setup dashboard is currently English-only.
Why is setup and review required before go-live?
The receptionist can only answer reliably from reviewed source material. Setup review prevents vague, outdated, or conflicting information from becoming live customer-facing behavior.
How do billing and cancellation work during rollout?
Checkout and manual billing can be used during rollout. Authenticated paid workspaces with a verified Stripe customer link can manage payment method, invoices, and cancellation in Stripe Billing Portal if those options are enabled in Stripe settings. Setup support remains the fallback path.
How do I get setup help or support?
Use the demo/setup request form and include the package, business name, and what you need help with. MintWire will follow up through the contact details you provide.
