- 4Your team reviews in the operator inboxAll conversations appear in a clean inbox. Operators can review AI replies, confirm leads, respond directly, and mark handoffs.
- 5Handoff when neededUrgent, sensitive, or uncertain cases are immediately flagged for human review. The AI does not try to handle what it should not.

Honest limitations
- –Voice AI (live phone AI) is in development and not yet available. It will be offered as an optional add-on when ready.
- –Messenger channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) are planned and not yet connected.
- –Billing is not yet self-service. Demo requests and onboarding are handled by the founder directly.
- –The availability / booking module requires manual calendar setup during onboarding. It does not auto-sync or replace a full booking engine.
- –Email intake does not auto-send replies. All AI-drafted email responses require operator approval before sending.
- –The product is not a CRM. It does not replace pipeline management or deals tracking.
